A plastic surgeon is the top paid job in the United States and the highest-paid in the world.
The National Bureau of Economic Research reports that the average salary for a plastic surgeon in the country is $112,200, while the average in the rest of the world is $63,400.
That is an increase of nearly 5 percent over the past five years, but the gap between the two is still far too large to make up for.
According to the BLS, the average annual salary for plastic surgeons is $100,000.
The median annual salary is $77,200.
The average annual pay for a dental assistant is $80,000 and for an orthodontist it is $72,400, according to the National Association of Oral Surgeons.
The number of jobs that require a dental license has doubled in the last two years.
In fact, there were more than 5,000 new dental licenses in the state in 2014 and more than 4,000 in 2015.
But the growth of the industry has slowed in recent years and the number of licenses issued has dropped in the past three years.
According to the NADA, the number two most common type of dental license is for a physical therapist.
There were nearly 14,500 physical therapists in the nation last year.
The next-most common is an oral surgeon.
The number of people in the profession with a license is in the range of 1,300 to 1,400 people.
In a 2015 study, NADA found that the median salary for an oral and maxillofacial surgeon was $85,000, but for maxillopharyngeal surgery it was $86,600.
The BLS also said that in 2015 there were 8,500 plastic surgery surgeons in the USA.
That’s up from 5,500 in 2013.
In 2016, the most recent year for which data is available, there was a 5 percent increase in the number.
The NADA reported that the cost of dental care for an average American woman has risen from $10,000 to $13,000 since 2011.
In addition, there are more than 400,000 people in dental practice, according the NAA.
