It’s not uncommon for people to ask me why I’m going to the surgeon.
My answers are usually a mix of: “I just don’t know what to do with my body” or “I don’t want to waste time with a surgeon who’s never done it.”
The answer to both of those questions is yes, it’s hard to do your own surgery, and it’s not worth it.
I’ve spent most of my life trying to figure out how to get my body to look right.
But even when I’m trying to get myself to look good, there are so many variables that can impact how well I look.
When I think about my body, I think of the parts that make up it.
There’s my face, the hair, the skin, the organs, and the muscles.
I also think about how it functions as a whole.
Do I have muscles or do I have joints?
How does my skin feel?
How much fat does it have?
How long does it stretch?
Are there nerves in there?
How thick is my skin?
Are my muscles strong enough to hold up to a heavy load?
And so on.
These are all important questions.
The good news is that you can find answers to these questions on the Internet, and they’re all relatively easy to answer.
The rest of the time, though, there’s not much you can do to change your body.
There are a lot of ways to try to change it, and a lot that involves surgery.
I want to share with you some of the ways you can get the best results.
